As a spa guest, we ask that you…

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment in order to fill out necessary paperwork and to change into your spa attire.

For your convenience, showers are available for you to use after treatments. If you wish to shower please advise your client coordinator when scheduling your service to allow enough time for you to do so.

Inform your therapist as to your comfort level and any areas requiring special attention. We are here to make this the most relaxing and beneficial treatment for you, so let us know your needs. If you would rather enjoy your service without conversation, as some clients prefer, we can accommodate.

Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our guests. As in all service-related businesses, it is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the client’s satisfaction. Customary gratuity in day spas is 15% or more of the cost of the treatment. Unless noted, gift certificates for services and/or packages do not include gratuities.

For safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of each spa room is two people. Anyone accompanying you to your spa services is welcome to wait in our relaxation area. Children must be receiving services and accompanied by a parent if present, We ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the spa. Keep in mind that you are here to relax!

Service Guarantee

We offer 100% guarantee on all services. If you are not completely satisfied, please call within two weeks to schedule a consultation and/or appointment to determine how we can exceed your expectations. Professionals will determine all guarantees.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however you will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled.

Referral Program

We are confident you will enjoy your experience at la Dolce Salon & Spa and we want you to share your experience with your friends and family. For this reason, we are delighted to offer $10 credit to your Dolce account per redeemed referral.

Product Returns

We offer 100% satifaction guarantee on all of our skin & hair care products. If you decide that it's not the right product for you and provided that ¾ of the original amount is unused, we will gladly exchange it for another product or credit your Dolce account within 14 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges or Dolce credit only. Makeup & boutique items are non-returnable.

Product Home Care

Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home. Your professional will recommend a home care regimen to maintain your results between visits.
